Power User Shortcuts

  • Win + V: Open Clipboard History.   
    • Note: Allows you to paste items you copied 5 minutes ago. You must enable it the first time you press this.   
  • Win + Shift + S: Open the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of a specific area.   
  • Win + X: Open the Quick Link Menu (Start button right-click menu).   
    • Why it's great: fast access to Device Manager, Disk Management, and Terminal.   
  • Win + Number (1-9): Open the app pinned to your taskbar in that position.   
    • Example: If Chrome is the first icon on your taskbar, Win + 1 opens it.
